Q&A

  • Yes! Delivery, setup, and teardown are included within 50 miles of Arlington, WA. Additional fees may apply for extended travel.

  • We’ll set it up 1–2 hours before your event start time and return post-event for teardown, unless otherwise arranged.

  • We’ll need your finalized guest list and layout (PDF or spreadsheet). If you need help designing the layout, we offer add-on design services too!

  • The base is included with your purchase. It’s what holds the sign upright. Some customers prefer a foldable base for convenience, while others opt for a custom-fitted base for a more elevated and polished look.

  • No easels are needed—The Garden Ledge is freestanding and built to support your chart. The signage itself is included and custom to your guest list.
